How to use Dolce Gusto
Using a Dolce Gusto machine is as easy as 1-2-3:
Fill the water tank:
Start by filling the water tank with fresh, cold water. The amount you add depends on the size of your drink and the type of capsule you use.
Insert the capsule:
Open the capsule holder and insert the capsule of your choice. Make sure it is properly aligned and then close the holder securely.
Select your drink:
Use the machine's control panel to choose your desired drink. Most vending machines have buttons for different drink options, as well as options to adjust the strength and size of your drink.
Brew and enjoy:

What does coffee start with? Especially with the coffee plant! Here Dolce gusto begins with carefully examining the berries of the coffee plant. The berry must reach perfect ripeness.
The roasting of coffee beans is never the same and the master roasters at Dolce Gusto know this. The temperatures and times of roasting are continuously coordinated and this ensures perfect roasting. A light roast ensures the preservation of fruity aromas and acidity. A medium roast provides a balanced taste with lower acidity and medium body. The long and dark roast ensures a compact body and low acidity. Once the beans are roasted, blends are made. Different coffee beans from different countries and regions are mixed together to create the perfect mixture for the right coffee. Each coffee has its own blend (mixture) of different coffee beans. After this, the beans are ground, sometimes finely, sometimes coarsely. The fine grind is used for small cups, the coarser grind for large cups of coffee. After grinding, the coffee is placed in the Dolce gusto cups as quickly as possible to preserve the flavors and aromas. The taste and aromas are released again when you place them in the machine!
