What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the country to which the package is sent. We ship coffee to many countries in Europe. Below is a  list of where we send most packages.  Remote areas, for example islands, are not included in the standard rate, which is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Why don't we deliver for free?
Shipping costs are simply not free. Many companies include the shipping costs in the price of the product. We find it transparent to immediately offer a competitive price and to charge the shipping costs. The more you order, the cheaper it becomes per product.
Minimum order amount
For sustainability and economic reasons, we use a minimum order amount of € 25.00.
Place an order
You can easily add your products to the shopping cart. After adding, you can view the shopping cart, possibly apply discount codes (very rare that we work with discount codes), and then place and pay for your order. If you need help with this, you can send an email.
Tracking shipment with track & trace
After shipment you will automatically receive a track & trace code to the email address you ordered. We send our packages with DPD.
Delivery & delivery time
We do our very best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. When you pay directly with IDeal, Paypal or Bancontact, this is quickly processed in the system and your order can be shipped. Payments that you transfer yourself will be processed later, so this can be delayed. Normally, orders placed before 07 a.m. are processed & shipped the same business day*. Delivery depends on our partner DPD and will normally be in 2 or 3 days depending on the country. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and there are sometimes delays. * We do our very best to make this happen every working day. Unfortunately, it can happen that due to circumstances this cannot be realized. If you want to be sure of this, please contact us before ordering. If your product is not in stock, you will receive a message in the shopping cart and this may cause a delay in the delivery time.
Wrong delivery or problems with your order?
Although this does not happen often, we can of course make mistakes when sending your order. Did you receive an incorrect order, or did something go wrong with the delivery? Let us know via info@koffiehenk.nl, we will offer a suitable solution.
Sustainable shipping / how do we send the package?
We reuse our boxes many times, for example coffee beans that come out of a box are reused to send packages. Some coffee (pots of instant coffee) is packed in plastic, this plastic often comes from supplies from suppliers and will not buy new plastic for this. We try to work sustainably and as ecologically as possible.
Returns
Is your coffee not to your liking? Or did you accidentally order the wrong thing? You can of course return this. We only accept returns on unopened packages. Send an email to info@koffiehenk.nl with your order number and the products you are returning. Shipping costs for returns are for the purchasing party.
