Delivery & delivery time

We do our very best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. When you pay directly with IDeal, Paypal or Bancontact, this is quickly processed in the system and your order can be shipped. Payments that you transfer yourself will be processed later, so this can be delayed.

Normally, orders placed before 07 a.m. are processed & shipped the same business day*. Delivery depends on our partner DPD and will normally be in 2 or 3 days depending on the country. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and there are sometimes delays.

If your product is not in stock, you will receive a message in the shopping cart and this may cause a delay in the delivery time.
